Managers holiday accrual

Hello,

We have previously not accrued holiday pay for managers but are going to start doing this from 1 Jan for the new holiday year.

 

How does this accrual get released when a manager goes on holiday?

  Accrual doesn't get released - the idea of accrual is that the cost is spread evenly across the year so that when a manager is on holiday, their cost can be removed from the rota wage cost enabling the location to cover the employee without increasing their operational wage costs.
