Problem with signing in my account

    Hi Ambrose, 

    Not sure what location you work at but if you're prompted with "store is currently inactive', that means your location is no longer using HotSchedules. If you're prompted with "your account is suspended" you will need to get with your manager as your employee record is now inactive (possibly due to an expired certification or change in active status).
