    I am sorry to hear there are troubles with the New Scheduler! We have excellent resources to get your team up to speed on the use and fluidity of the New Scheduler found here:

    We are confident with just a couple schedules posted, you'll find the improvements help scheduling in a big way.

    I am interested in the issues you are reporting regarding the New Scheduler being laggier than the old. I am creating a case for you and one of our lovely customer care techs will jump on it to further investigate.
