If you log into your Hotschedules account and have manager or above access you can go to Reports Tab>Staff&Store>Current Inactive User Report>Select the date range the employee was terminated then generate report. On the right hand side of the report it will show who terminated the account. If it says Hotschedules Support or System this means the account was terminated in the POS and that information was sent to Hotschedules. If not it will show the user that made the change. This report also shows inactive and if a status is inactive and shows system or hotschedules this is most likely due to an expired certification.
