I Can't Login and My Email Address Cannot Be Found
Are you having trouble logging into your account? You are entering your username and Hotschedules is telling you that the email address cannot be found.
It could be that an email address was not added when you set up your account. It could also be that you may be entering the incorrect username, so the attached email address cannot be found.
You can contact your management to assist you. They can view your username and will be able to help you reset your account.
You can also contact Customer Care. We will have you answer your security questions, and login to your account to update your email address. From there, we can confirm your username and send you a link to reset your password.
