When a manager or employee moves from salaried to hourly, there is an important "salaried" box under "Employee Info" that needs to be addressed.

Adversely, the same box addressed in this article will need to be unchecked when the manager switches to hourly.
If this has been done but previous shifts are showing a $0.00 pay rate still, simply call our MacromatiX team at 877-844-5313, option 1 and ask a technician to reprocess time and attendance data for the desired time frame. This will resolve the incorrect pay rate issue.
