If your notice that the inventory numbers on your weekly count do not match what is on your weekly report, we will want to check on the time stamp for when the count was applied.
Counts must be saved with an apply date/time that falls between when the store closed Tuesday night and when the store opened Wednesday morning. If the count is applied outside of that window of time, you will see discrepancies on the report.
If you notice that this is where the discrepancy lies, please contact Customer Care to have the count reopened and applied with the correct time stamp.
