Having trouble authorizing a shift? (Jimmy John's)
If the shift is disappearing on you once you enter in the time, more than likely the shift is showing up on the previous day because the shift start time is before the POS was turned on for the day. If this is the case, edit the start time to be after and this should correct the issue.
If the shift is stating that there are overlapping shifts, please check on the previous day or two days before and see if the person has any shifts that extend more than 24 hours.
