You can change the level of access that someone has in HotSchedules by assigning them a different permission set. Managers with the ability to edit employees on the Staff tab will have the ability to make these changes.
So, you can assign an employee a permission set that controls the ability to access Reporting. However, they will have all of the access in that permission set.
At an admins request, Customer Care can create a new permission set that includes access to reporting without other features, like scheduling. However, permissions are not isolated to individual reports, so they may receive access to multiple reports in the Reporting tab. See the following article with more details.
