If you are missing access to certain tabs in your HS account it is most likely because you do not have the correct permission set assigned. Permissions control which features HotSchedules users have access to.
This can be changed by any other manager with the ability to edit permission sets. 1. They will simply need to pull up your account from the Staff List.
2. Click on your name.
3. Go to the sub tab called "permissions."
4. Then select the correct permission from the drop down and save.
Next time you log in you should have the correct tabs. If there is no other manager available to make this change, please contact customer care! See the article below for more details:
