document transfer when terminate/rehire employee

Hi,

If I Terminate/Re-hire an employee-their documents don't transfer over to their new record-can they be transferred? It seems to affects their Flow.

  Hello, 
  Katie raised this on my behalf - as Katie has noted, we are looking to see if existing documents on a record can be transferred over to the re-hired record if we require to terminate and rehire. 
  
  It does not impact Flow, the reason for the request is to save administration time having to download the documents and upload to the current record (one by one upload may I add).

  After reviewing the bulk document transfer functionality you have mentioned, we can confirm that this is not currently available or supported in HR&Payroll. We have an area on the Customer Success Portal where all customers can post functionality ideas and vote on those they champion. Our product team use these ideas to help influence their development strategy.

  Whilst I know the system doesn’t currently have the specific functionality you enquired about, I do highly encourage you to post your idea on our Customer Success Portal in order for other customers to review and vote. You in turn can also vote on other ideas previously posted. The more ideas and votes we have the better our product team can design our product roadmap.
