Is your name misspelled or otherwise incorrect in HotSchedules?
Reach out to your manager to correct the spelling of your name or change it to something else.
Managers, how you can make this change depends on whether or not your HotSchedules site is integrated with your POS system.
- Integrated HotSchedules Sites - Employee information is transferred from the POS daily, so you will need to change the name in the POS computer to update it in HotSchedules.
- Non-integrated HotSchedules Sites - You can edit an employee's first and last name on the Staff tab by selecting their name.
