When using reports, you may find that there are some settings that you use pretty consistently. To save the report settings so that they are always the same, follow these steps:
- Log into your HotSchedules account and select the Reporting tab.
- Select any report. Once in your desired report select the Report Details that you would like to save from now on. For example, you can select PDF from the Output menu if this is always how you prefer to generate reports.
- After your Report Details are filled out to your liking you may select the Save Report Settings button. It will be at the top of the report window.
