Following the migration to the new UI customer is unable to access the documents uploaded in Engage through their admin login; they have raised a support ticket as well. I this a known issue?

Following the migration to the new UI customer is unable to access the documents uploaded in Engage through their admin login; they have raised a support ticket as well. I this a known issue?
This does not seem to be a known issue and anyone experiencing this should raise a technical support ticket.
