Managing holiday requests for holidays that have not been accrued

    Hi Helen Cook,

    I'm afraid there is currently no ability to circumvent this function and allow additional paid holidays to be created and authorised, however, you can temporarily change the setting to 'Warn employee on request that sufficient holidays have not yet been accrued ?' and 'Allow employees to request holidays that have not yet been accrued ?' which will allow you to.

    Whilst I know the system doesn’t currently have the specific functionality you enquired about, I do highly encourage you to post your idea on our Customer Success Portal in order for other customers to review and vote. You in turn can also vote on other ideas previously posted. The more ideas and votes we have the better our product team can design our product roadmap.
