New interface - new access rights
Hi
With the switch this morning there seems to be a change in what some of our teams can access i.e. HR can no longer view past payslips
How can we make the access the same as previous?

The new User Interface should not cause changes in access so we have raised a technical support ticket on your behalf to investigate why this is occurring. Our support team will be in touch soon.

My Customer has expressed similar issues regarding access changes after new UI went live (support case also raised) Specifically, logins had to be reset and access level hierarchy seems to be affected - can some employees unable to do or see things they could previously.

Hello,
Customer facing similar challenges with access where employees that were able to add ME before the UI migration no longer see the create multi-employment button. Ticket currently being looked by support team.
