Hi
In relation to the countdown timer for the confirmation of T&A data, would it be possible to advise if the shift can be changed after the timer and by whom?
In the manage functions video, there is a Lieu hours option but did not explain what this was.
There is a manage payments and tips option, however we don’t record tips in fourth, will this be disabled on our interface?
In relation to the approval and submitting of rota’s, will the approval and submission still only be limited to the same people as it is now?

Hi Liam
Once the T&A data has been actioned and the countdown timer has gone to 0, further changes can be made to the shift on the main schedule page.
This article outlines the Lieu functionality within Scheduling.
The manage payments option is not currently configured on your portal so won't be visible, if you do wish to use it in the future you can enable it.
With regards to approving and submitting the schedules you are correct, the permissions will not change and only those that can currently approve/submit will be able to do those things in the new UI.
