Upload Function for Tips / Non Rota Payments

You can use the upload payments template by going to

• Payroll > Payroll homepage > Upload payments (download sample file gives the required format)

Unfortunately this functionality does not currently exist on our system, however I believe this would be a great idea to raise on our ideas page!

The upload payment function is available on all portals, it may be that you need the permission assigned by a super user if you currently are unable to do so.
