Is there a report that identifies how many hours are allocated to part-time vs full-time?

Unfortunately there's no report for this in Analytics. 

However, in your company portal there's a couple of option: 

1) Rotas > Reports > Customised Reports > Create Template > Report Type: Rota > Edit > Tick all 'Forecast' days > Run

2) Rotas > Reports > Forecast Analysis Report > Fill out fields > Run
