Hi Sally Ryan,

Unfortunately we ran into an unforeseen problem that would have resulted in it not being possible to hide bank details (which is an option that customers need to have a choice for). This issue is being resolved and we aim to release this functionality in mid-January 2024, along with some additional 'sensitive information', 'next of kin' fields as well.
