Is there an option to send reminders of shifts through My Schedule?

  Hi Jovita

  I hope you are well.

  I have reached out to somebody from WFM and the Engage team, we are not aware of an option to send shift reminders automatically. However, once the shifts are published they will be available to view on the My Schedule tab.
