Tracking changes to employment

Aside from the Employment History report, is there any way to easily track effective dates and details of changes to:

salary (inc moving from FT to PT, mid period pay increases)

job title 

location

Good morning, I hope you are well.

Thank you for your query.

The only other report that would show the changes of salary, job status changes on the portal other than the employee history report is the employee audit log which can be found by following the below path.

HR > Reports > View Reports > Audit.

The audit log does not show the effective dates of changes and only shows when the change was made.
