What's Changing?

  • Minimum 1-Day Password Lifetime
    After a Fourth app user resets their password, they will now not be able to reset it again for 24 hours.

Is it possible for the system admin to overrule this and send out a password reset immediately?

Hi Carol Manley,

Thanks for your question. It is not currently possible for system admins to do this. You could submit this in our Ideas channel, though we should say that it is unlikely to be considered for development. Functionality surrounding passwords and user access tends to be quite restricted for security reasons. Sorry not to have a better response for you!
