Hi. We would like to adjust the T&A Late / Early Thresholds which are currently set to Late 5 minutes and Early 15 minutes. However, when I go into Rotas > Administration > Global Settings > Edit those two fields disappear and we do not have an option to adjust to 0. How do we make that change? We have looked at this through a user login with the highest access level we have.

Hi James,
Because you use Scheduling, this is where that change needs to be made: Scheduling > Select any location from the location drop down > Settings - Set Up & Management > Manage Organisation from the left menu. This will need to be done by someone with the Administrator Access Template for scheduling assigned.

Hi Billy. I wonder if you can help as we are still struggling with this. We believe we have made the correct changes but we are still not seeing the auto-adjustments to shift length. Are there more settings we need to check?
Hi James, if the clock time falls within the tolerance set, do you want to default to clocked or scheduled time?

The path to the settings in scheduling is below.
Scheduling > Select any location from the location drop down > Settings - Set Up & Management > Manage Organisation from the left menu > Edit T&A early and lateness option as desired > Save.

It's the scheduling option I can't find. I have full admin access but it doesn't seem to be something I have, the original pathway suggested does not work for us.
I apologise, the global settings regarding T&A early and late thresholds in the rota module are not available for internal users but can be changed by request by raising a support ticket with us directly.
The current rota settings settings can be seen on the page before selecting edit for reference.
