Not allowing Managers to publish rotas before approval

Hi,

A customer has asked due to the current configuration General Managers can publish rotas before approval- can you please advise how and if they can disable this function?

  Hope you are well.
  
  I can confirm that there is an organisation-level setting, in the Scheduling module, which prevents schedules from being published until they have been approved.
