24 hour shift configuration

Hi

A customer has mentioned that they are in the process of recruiting a 24-hour team for a new site at Gatwick airport and wanted to check a couple of things.

  1. How do we set they rota/ LP to 24 hours to allow for shifts from 12am - 12am?
  2. Is there a way that they can automatically protect employees under the nighttime working regulations? To ensure sufficient rest periods are in place?

I hope you are well. 

 

For the shifts over a 24 hour period from 12 until 12, this would already be available and they would just need to clock in and out as normal.


For the regulations, this would be best discussed with Solutions to check the configuration.
