If you completed the opt-in upgrade form from our previous emails, please know you are in our migration queue.
 
If you did NOT complete the upgrade form by the deadline of August 31, 2023, our team will attempt to move your account over to PeopleMatter, the new ATS and onboarding solution.
 
However, as we did not hear from you by the deadline, we cannot guarantee your account will be migrated prior to the transition date. If you do not receive a PeopleMatter login by the Transition Date, you will lose service temporarily. The length of this service disruption will vary.
 
Should you run into issues with your migration to PeopleMatter, please submit a support ticket to HM2PM@fourth.com.
