Hiding locations for reporting
Hi
@tiphaine has said that they have a couple of locations on Fourth that have been set up but are not currently using them.
Is there anyway to hide them as they are currently affecting their reporting on HR and labour productivity?

Good afternoon.
You can remove/delete any locations within the scheduling module by following the below path.
Scheduling > Select any location > Settings> Locations > Search for and select location > Tick "deleted" > Save.

The below article provides the steps to set up user-defined groups where you can allocate any closed site as it is not possible to completely remove a location from the system if there have been employees assigned to it.

I would advise creating a group called "Closed" This will then separate them from other open locations for reporting.
