Data Sync Preferences

Having issues, selecting Never Sync on some of the Data Syncronization settings.  Is there something stopping me from being able to change this?  I want to Unsync the Contact for Mr.Greens since every location has its own specific Rep.

  Property Administration settings have been restricted as outlined in these release notes January 10th & 12th 2023, Release Note: Adaco: Restricted Access to Property Administration Settings – Fourth & HotSchedules Customer Success Portal.

  Your dedicated Fourth Contact can assist with amending these settings as needed. This contact may be your BAU contact and/or a Solution Consultant if you are in Project.
