On the counting app, some areas will show the most recent count entered and some do not. EX: Outlet 1 - counts entered and synchronized and counts appearing in core - physical inventory count. Counts also still appear on the counting app for these areas. Outlet 2 - counts entered and synchronized and counts appearing in core - physical inventory count, however counts are not appearing on the counting app for these areas. The stock period is currently open for all areas.

Same thing happened to me this month end. I actually opened a ticket with Fourth so they can check this.

Apologies that you have experienced this issue with the counting app. As this is a technical issue, it will require our technical team to investigate further.
May I kindly request that you raise a support ticket for this issue and once created I can then drop a note into the case indicating it is the same issue which Alfredo also experienced.
