Synergy Device Error: No Free Finger
What does it mean when a Synergy A Fingerprint device returns the error "No Free Finger"?

Each employee record can be set up with two (2) fingerprint templates. Once both those templates have been recorded any attempt to enrol a new template will return the error "No Free Finger".
To resolve this issue delete the existing templates against that employee and begin again.
