Colour Coding on Schedules

Would be great if a colour code facility could be built into Schedules to identify certain functions.

e.g. Our managers are scheduled to work in their own departments but take turns to fulfil the role of Duty Manager.  In Rotas it was tagged as a specific DM shift code . The only way to show this in Schedules is by adding a note to their shift, but this does not make clear to everyone who the DM is that day.  If the DM shifts could be highlighted in some way it would make life much easier. 

We would also like to highlight team members birthdays, which we did in Rota using a Birthday Shift code.
