For recurring invoices, such as dry cleaning, telephone bill, copy machine usage, it would be very helpful to have Templates that prepopulate with the Account/Outlet breakdown so the user simply enters the dollar values against the rows. Currently, the user likely has an offline/manual guide of how to breakdown each invoice which may not be up-to-date vs. keeping the master Template in Adaco.
Complex suggestion:
In addition to the basic Template above, perhaps having a % breakdown as part of the template—for example, with the copy machine usage to be able to enter the invoice total & have the Template then automatically calculate: 25% A&G Paper, 30% Sales & Marketing Paper, 20% F&B Paper, 25% Rooms Paper
