UPDATE PRICES IN ADACO

Hi community, at my property wee are facing the below issue.

When we introduce products in the system, we assign a price. Prices of fruits, vegetables and meat, for instance, change weekly, sometimes daily. It is physically impossible for us to change manually all prices in the system every day at product level, and it is partly useless because probably on the following delivery they will be different again.

Is there a way so that the product price will update automatically to the last receiving? I mean, if in a receiving I change manually the price, for the following one the price will be updated automatically in the system.

Or do you have any other suggestion on how to improve this situation?

In Adaco the last received price will update the product master price which will in turn be used as the next purchase price when you create a new requisition.  However the last received price will only be used when there is no active quotation for the product.  If you have an active quotation for the product then that will be used, but if there is no quotation then the last received price will be used.

So for your items which have rapidly changing prices, i.e. they are not subject to a fixed quoted price then remove any quotations for these items and then the last received price will be used.
