    I can see that your user groups are managed in your CP so to add this access right to the user group you will need to make sure you are logged into the CP (which is called Ithaka Hospitality Partners).  If you make this change in the user group in CP this will then be reflected for all users in your property that are assigned to this user group

    Thank you. I did try from the CP level, and I still could not enable it, in which seems like I don't have access to do so.

    I can make the change for you but its strange that you cannot do this yourself.  I have checked your user account and can see that you are a member of the "Finance" group and that group has full access rights to change user groups.

    Could you send me a screenshot of the exact screen where you are trying to make the change?

    Thank you Chris! I was on the exact screen that you posted of User Groups. My boss, Jeremy, also couldn't click to enable it.

    I've made the change so as long as your Accounts Payable Manager is in the Account Payable user group they should now be able to access the AP Interface
