Bradford Factor & Absences

Hello,
 
I wonder if someone could help me with a query about Bradford Factors and Absences.
 
Our holiday year runs from 1st April to 31st March and it seems as though the Bradford Factor scores do the same as everyone has now been zeroed down since us going into April.
 
Is there any way a setting could be changed to make this a 12 month rolling total instead of cancelling it all down at any certain point?

Good morning.

This can be set in HR > Company admin > contracts > Absence set up.

Here you can set the absence period i.e Finacial year, Holiday year rolling absence period, employee start date anniversary etc
