National Minimum Wage Update 2023

Hi, 

I have carried out the usual batch update for NLW/NMW increase for April, however, I have been asked whether the increases yet to kick in will reflect in the rotas we have created in advance for April? Or do we need to factor in that the current labour costs will move once these rates kick in?

Regarding the rotas see the below extract from the article.

Rota costs will update on the effective date, therefore this will not display within the rota wage cost until the effective date arrives. For example, if the rota for W/C 23rd march is open prior to running the update, the rota wage cost will not change until the effective date of 1st April has arrived. To view the updated rota wage cost, rotas must be deleted and a new one created.
