Updating Job Title Role in HR

In HR > Company Admin > Job Title > Job Title Role - this is greyed out > how can a SuperUser update this field?  Is there an impact if this is updated?

Hi Violeta,

Once Job title roles are greyed, they cannot be changed by the customer from the front end. They would need to reach out to their CSM so they can request a Solutions Consultant to remap the Job title role from the back end.
