Report: Products ordered by Outlets

Hi Kay! 

I think I'm doing something wrong. Without changing any of the report criteria, the report only shows alcohol purchase orders. When I change the selection criteria to show purchases for product number 3684, I get zero results. However, I know this product was ordered within this month as an outlet requisition.

Are you looking to see items purchased by outlets directly from vendors, or are you looking for what outlets requisitioned from the Storeroom?

Those items are "requisitioned" from the Storeroom not "purchased".  For that you will want to look at the Requisition Recap Report  where you can then chose different filters to see the data you need,  This report is outlined within this article Adaco: Outlet Requisition Recap Report – Fourth & HotSchedules Customer Success Portal.
