Does the solution keep and active audit log? if so, do customers have access to it/ is there a purge time?

Hi Violeta, 

I hope you are well. 

This would depend on what is being requested to be audited as not everything has a log of the activity that has happened on the system. 

For this, we would recommend raising a case to cases@fourth.com for us to then be able to check if the requested information is something that is audited on or not.
