    Hi Deborah,

    Thank you for your question!

    The reason you are not seeing the option to select option 7 will likely be because there is already an active document for this option for the scheme you have selected.

    You will need to ensure that 'Active' is not ticked on the current documents on the system (Pension > Administration > Document Management > Document Templates - here you can ensure that the older documents are no longer active).

    For your second question, you are able to download the existing documents via the pathway above, update and then re upload. You would still need to ensure that the existing documents were no longer active in order to re upload however.
