Car allowance

Good afternoon,

*Question on behalf of the customer

I am trying to produce a report that will show any employees who have a car allowance.

I have tried to Pay Elements and Pay Type reports but I am getting the below notification after running the report – can you advise please?

Hi Jovita,

 

The best way to do this would be to run reports such as the below. Unfortunately, these reports can only be ran by period or pay basis. 

 

Pay Element Preview - Payroll > Reports > View Reports

Payroll Payments by PayBasis - Payroll > Reports > Exports


The error you are getting would be that there is too much data to pull back, so other fields will need to be selected when running the report. However, the above reports should get you what is needed.
