Adaco | Mobile Ordering App Closing
We have noticed that when using the Mobile Ordering - Market List that has 100+ items (template published from Adaco) we cannot input quantities and wait until the last item to select Add to Cart. We tried this and the Ordering App closed out losing all the quantities entered.
so, our process is to walk the food storeroom inputting quantities as we go thru each aisle and this process may take 30+ minutes since we have a lot of items assigned to the Market List. On our first try, we did not select the add to cart option until all quantities were entered and then we noticed the Mobile App closed out losing all the quantities and we had to do this all over again.
So best practice is to select Add to Cart often so we don’t lose all the data. At least items added to the cart will stay in the cart until we check out.
