500--Internal Server Error
Hello. Several people within our organization just experienced this message when logging into Adaco. It has since corrected itself. Please advise on what to do in the event of the next happening. We cleared cache/cookies, but it didn't work at the time.

In this particular situation, it was an intermittent issue that was identified internally, escalated to the relevant technical team, & resolved as you mentioned.
