Fourth Analytics | Use Oracle BI API - Not "Fourth Universal Export

We strongly encourage the Fourth team consider leveraging the Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) API for the Fourth Analytics platform for Oracle POS data, to eliminate the need for the daily Fourth Universal Export for your Oracle Simphony customers.

The Export is great in theory, but we wait for months to get issues resolved in the export since it is not a standard Oracle Export and professional services has to get involved. The file frequently does not post for some or all locations and we have to make a request to Oracle to get the data to post, which in most cases takes a few days.
