Hi All,

Sharon Harkins has asked at what point when a new starter is added to the system are the Pension AE letters sent and how the system knows how to do this?

Hi Sarah,

The pension letters are generated in line with the employee's pension set up which is set against the pension scheme set up.

Once generated, the letters will need to be processed via the below pathway.

Pension > Pension Process > Send Out Documentation
