Disable shift releases / swaps for a location or company

    Hello Willis,

     

    Thank you for contacting HotSchedules! I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is currently a function that is hard coded into the software and cannot be turned off. The best work-around is to ignore these requests, as no shifts will change without management's approval.  Your management can turn off the emails for these from the Message Settings page under the Messaging tab.  The option for this is called "Shift Transactions".

     

    I have submitted this suggestion on your behalf as an enhancement/modification request for our Product Team. These requests are reviewed and prioritized quarterly.

     

    Also, we encourage you to visit our Community and share your ideas there! Other customers can see your ideas and vote on them which gives our Product team great insight into what our customers would like to see. Our community link is listed below:

    Hello Willis,

     

    I'm one of the product managers here at HotSchedules. I'm curious as to why you don't use the release and pickup functionality. It's one of the most used features of the application by hourly employees.
