    Sheldon,

    Please try the following and see if it resolves your issue: HS - Clearing Cookies and Cache

    - If not try this:

    1. open your browser of choice.

    2. open the same browser again but in incognito mode

    3. login on both browsers

    This should allow you to work in 2 separate windows in HotSchedules.
