We create schedules each week by copying the prior week and tweaking from there so we don't have to reassign shifts every week. However, we recently discovered that the pay rates were not pulling info from the staff that the rate was updated, only from the previous schedule posted. This is EXTREMELY inefficient as the only way I can get current rates and accurate labor $ reports is to create a schedule from a template each week and re-assign shifts every single week?? We have schedules for all 11 of our Jimmy John's locations in Tucson and Chandler, AZ. Please help!
