    Hello Kara,

     

    Thank you for contacting Customer Care. I have submitted your idea to send a reminder to the unscheduled that there are shifts available to pick up over to our development team for review. I understand trying to do that through messaging could be a little time consuming. Please let us know if you have any questions.
